Visceral Fats
I just Attended Herbalife’s Success Training Seminar where the company educate new distributors and potential customers of the marketing plans and business opportunities in Herbalife.
Before the seminar, I met with Lynda; my Supervisor for my Body Analysis after 2 weeks of using Herbalife meal replacement and tea during my Holiday in Australia.
The results could had been better, honestly.
However, the most significant improvement from the past 2 weeks has been the level of my visceral fats. It dropped from the critical level of 16 to a moderate 11.
Visceral Fat is the fat that surrounds the vital organs on the trunk / stomach area of the body. High Visceral Fat levels increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Lowering Visceral Fat levels can stabilize insulin action substantially, and reduce the risk of diabetes and other related illnesses (source).
So maybe i did not lose the weight that i should have; after all, the name of the game is Result (Measurable progress in reasonable time).
but Hey, i’m not giving up!
I promise to have results by the end two weeks.
